We’ve just launched a new signup page — and it’s more than a visual change.

The old signup page had been running on our legacy Runbox 6 infrastructure. The new page is built in Angular as part of Runbox 7, sharing the same codebase, design system, and platform as the rest of the service. For the first time, signing up for Runbox feels like the beginning of Runbox 7 rather than a relic of Runbox 6.
This is part of our ongoing work to complete the migration from Runbox 6 to Runbox 7. A handful of pages in the app are still being updated — that work is actively underway. As we mentioned in our Spring 2026 update, you can expect Runbox development to accelerate going forward.
If you’ve been thinking about switching to private, sustainable email — hosted in Norway, GDPR protected, and funded by subscribers rather than advertising.
Now is a good time to try Runbox. 30 days free, no strings attached.
